On October 5th, 4 pm CEST, RCS Global hosted an insightful webinar by Better Mining with guests from CMOC-TFM and Tantalex Lithium Resources.

The webinar explored the multifaceted aspects of Better Mining’s work, with practical examples of how it assists in building internal knowledge and capabilities, and providing the foundation for our supporters’ continuous supply chain improvements.

Manu Nguéyanouba, Carolyne Clermont and Lucien Bahimba presented the broad range of Better Mining’s service offerings, their methodology, deliverables and benefits to supporters.

Guests and key partners Celia Xu, ESG Superintendent at CMOC-TFM, and Eric Gagnon, ESG Manager at Tantalex Lithium Resources shared their experiences and reflected on the indispensable impact of their collaboration with Better Mining in their broader supply chains, operations, policies and procedures beyond the local impacts for ASM communities brought by Better Mining’s traditional Upstream Mechanism.
