Vacancy: Operations (60%) and Communications (40%) Manager

RCS Global has experienced considerable growth over the last 24 months both in terms of staff numbers and offices and we are now looking for a proactive and highly competent team member in the dual role of operations and communications assistant.

Responsibilities are split evenly across managing and conducting key operational and administrative tasks for RCS Global Group’s operations while also supporting our global team in the implementation of our growing communications activities. The role involves active engagement with RCS Global Group offices/operations globally.

COMMUNICATIONS (40%)

  • Communication strategy implementation *(reporting to Director of Outreach)
  • Social media management
  • Website content management
  • Participate in stakeholder events and conferences as required, write briefing notes and/or report back to the rest of the team.
  • Organisation of RCS Global’s events and workshops.

OPERATIONS (60%)

Team organisational management

  • Prepare and chair RCS Global’s team meetings
  • Time billing management
  • Manage holiday calendar
  • Team travel management

Management Systems Maintenance and implementation

  • Control all policies and procedures are being adhered to and regularly reviewed
  • Document template maintenance
  • Record keeping management

HR Management:

  • Manage recruitment processes to the point of interview
  • Induction Pack management
  • Staff contract management
  • Annual review management

Country office liaison activities

  • Monitor local accounting and financial planning *(reporting to Finance Manager)
  • Coordinate classification of information generated by country offices
  • Harmonise reporting procedures between all offices
  • Verify invoices and process corresponding payments
  • Monitor expenses against operational budget
