His trusted advice has successfully supported leading corporations like Rio Tinto, ERG, Trafigura and many others to reach strategic change objectives. He is a trusted and respected partner to industry associations, corporations and governments around the world and is a contributor to multi-stakeholder initiatives including the EITI and OECD. Nicholas is a widely-published author, regularly speaks at conferences, and has been published in the media, including the Financial Times and Wall Street Journal.
Ranked as one of the top 100 global influencers on conflict minerals, Harrison leads RCS Global’s advisory work in responsible sourcing for a range of industry associations and leading global corporations. He is also leading the expansion in to new commodities including cobalt, gold and battery metals while also overseeing the company’s successful move into the China market. Harrison has also worked extensively on transparency and anti-corruption compliance. He is a widely-published author and quoted expert in publications including the Financial times, Wall Street Journal and BBC.
Finny is a leading authority in responsible sourcing and social responsibility program management. She leads the due diligence audit program for major RCS Global clients and is an expert in supply chain mapping verification. She has led multiple due diligence audits from upstream to downstream in 3TG, cobalt and graphite. She worked for IBM for 10 years with 8 years dedicated to social compliance and responsible sourcing, managing over 100 suppliers a year in Asia and EMEA. She has observed 70+ social and due diligence audits. Finny speaks fluent Chinese and English. She is an MBA graduate from Hunan University.
Ferdinand has advised some of the world's largest mining, electronics and manufacturing companies on risk management in complex environments, including in Southern and West Africa and Haiti. He has regularly consulted with the World Bank on natural resource governance. Having contributed to establishing Eunomix, an economic consulting firm, prior to joining RCS Global, Ferdinand is an experienced project manager, who has worked on corporate strategy development, and efficient stakeholder engagement. He speaks French, German, and English fluently, has worked on projects in 10 different countries, and is a published economics researcher.
With over ten years of international experience in sustainability, Alice has helped Fortune 500 companies improve their strategy and performance in areas like supply chain due diligence, business and human rights, and conflict minerals. Alice has engaged leading downstream companies from the technology, heavy manufacturing, apparel and other industry sectors on a range of sustainability-related projects including human rights impact assessments, supplier engagements and supplier assessment tools. Prior to joining RCS Global, Alice was Manager, Advisory Services, at Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) and Executive Director of the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI).
Caroline has over 12 years of experience in communications and management. She leads RCS Global’s HR, and financial management while also controlling the company’s commercial relationships with suppliers. Prior to RCS Global she held senior roles at the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong and Renault respectively. She is fluent in French and English and holds a postgraduate degree in International Communications.
Jane is a senior consultant for responsible sourcing practices in minerals supply chains. She is a LBMA and RJC accredited auditor and provides technical consultancy and training to upstream and downstream companies on due diligence management systems and responsible sourcing practice. She has led more than 40 due diligence audits in 3TG, cobalt and graphite. Previously, as a CFSI auditor, she visited 50% of 3TG smelters in China. Prior to the CSFI she was an auditor and trainer in two leading global audit firms and conducted more than 500 social responsibility and quality management system audits in Asia. She speaks fluent Chinese and English.
