Recent Projects

RCS Global provided strategic direction to Trafigura, the second largest trading company in the world, on its corporate policy and strategy development concerning transparency of payments to governments. This resulted in Trafigura becoming an EITI-supporting company, voluntarily committing to publish payments to governments and engaging in active stakeholder dialogue on the issue.

For Sierra Wireless Inc. Omnicell, and several other global consumer brands, RCS Global developed a conflict minerals due diligence policy, internal procedures and reporting mechanisms. We continue to assist the companies in implementing their conflict minerals programs in the reporting period of 2014-15.

For the European Union Delegation in Niger and the Government of the Republic of Niger, RCS Global carried out the revision of the Mining Code and its ancillary legislation (taxation, customs, etc…) to better govern the country’s mining sector.
